Sophia Bukowick, LCSW
I enjoy helping people find what works for them and what doesn’t, especially in therapeutic work. I have experience in working with teens, adults and aging adults going through a wide variety of experiences and challenges. I typically use an integrative approach, adjusting to each individual client. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy the most, helping clients use and practice skills such as identifying and challenging negative thoughts, radical acceptance and mindfulness.
