Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
Payment
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
No Surprises Act and Good Faith Estimates
Under this law, healthcare providers need to give clients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services. This Good Faith Estimate shows the costs of items and services that are reasonably expected for your healthcare needs. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. Please be advised your fee may change depending on the number of sessions attended. Services outside of standard therapy may also have an associated extra cost. If you have any questions, please feel free to discuss them with our front desk staff.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a $75 fee.
