Life can become difficult and stressful for all of us at times. You may desire someone objective who listens well and is supportive that can help you learn ways to communicate your needs, feelings, or understand and express your truth. We can work together to improve your ability to let go of the past and be present for yourself and others or manage stress and anxiety, depending on your personal situation.

I will assist my clients in exploring behaviors, thoughts, feelings and attitudes that cause them problems. I will help my clients resolve conflict or loss – heal, explore and integrate dreams and goals. I am an advanced student of Psychodrama (means soul in action). Psychodrama is an experiential modality I utilize along with other psychotherapeutic modalities, i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing; Client focused techniques and Mindfulness Approach.

I have been successful working with individuals and couples in healing trauma, grief and loss, addiction and codependency – helping them to envision a bright future. I have facilitated groups with Chaplains assisting active duty and /or retired military personnel and dependents affected by issues of trauma, loss, and addictions using experiential techniques for 12 years. I have experience working with DUI and Substance Abuse groups. I also have over 25 years experience utilizing and understanding twelve step program dynamics.
