Sometimes life just doesn't go the way we thought it would. Or destructive cycles and unhealthy patterns learned in childhood have a way of bleeding into our current relationships and approach to life. Unprocessed traumas can be especially destructive in our current lives. If this is true for you, I can provide a safe, nurturing, non-judgmental space to explore these issues. Using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) I can help you reprocess these memories so they are not so disturbing and overwhelming.

This will open the door for you to gain new insight and learn effective skills that will enable you to experience the world in a whole new way. I would love the opportunity to help you overcome challenges and find personal growth through them, unlocking the door to a more fulfilling and joyful life!

I am especially interested in helping individuals deal with the painful residual effects of unhealthy families of origin. Undoubtedly, these unresolved issues affect our current lives. But you can heal from your past! And you can make a conscious effort to do things differently, and create a brighter future for yourself and generations to come!
