Introduction

We are all on our own healing journey.

Sometimes we find ourselves in unexpected places not knowing how we got there, where we're going, or who we've become. Sometimes, we discover that we may be living out someone else's story and not our own. We all form coping mechanisms to meet our needs and adapt to our environment. When these no longer serve us, they may leave us scared and confused. During the therapeutic process, I will provide you with a safe, non-judgemental space where you are free to process your vulnerabilities, find language for the emotions you may be feeling, and gently challenge maladaptive patterns that no longer serve you. As a trauma-informed therapist, I've worked with adult individuals experiencing substance use disorders, narcissistic abuse, codependency, trauma responses, or a combination of different diagnoses. I graduated from the University of Tennessee with a master's degree in Social Work, and I currently hold licensure in both the state of Tennessee and the state of Florida. Whether you've sought therapy before, or maybe this is your first time reaching out, I would be honored to work with you in any place where you may find yourself on the healing journey."
